Therefore, an individual riding a bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs in Florida can be charged with a DUI. The consequences can be similar to those of a DUI in a motor vehicle, including fines, probation, license suspension, and even potential imprisonment.

In Arizona, it is also possible to receive a DUI while riding a bicycle. The penalties for a bicycle DUI in Arizona are comparable to those for a DUI in a motor vehicle, with potential fines, jail time, mandatory alcohol screening, and license suspension.
